Lovely shiny Hematite beads combine with Genuine Natural Tiger Eye Stone Horn pendant. An old piece with Silver tone findings & silver tone lobster clasp. 19.5”. Strung on nylon cord, as so many pieces from the 70’s were - I believe this dates to then - it was common then to use genuine semiprecious stones with less expensive silver tone, vs Sterling. I love these old pieces for the stones! I love this Tiger Eye horn - it has a strip of creamy Quartz at the tip and lines of hematite running through it - visible on both sides. The horn has a 2.75” drop & is 5/8” wide. Horns have traditionally been used as protection pieces against the evil eye - they also represent strength & fertility. Tiger eye is a stone of protection, inner strength, courage & confidence. Hematite is a unique stone of protection in that it’s said to deflect negative energies back to the sender.
