princessjen819 @hipstergirl2182 yeah that’s the problem, I bought 2 already & when I received it the one box was as messed up and ripped & they didn’t look “Brand New” but I wasn’t sure so I didn’t say anything. I think I’m going to contact Rhode customer service & send them pics ect & see if they can validate it the are completely new. What exactly happened with your purchase?

princessjen819 @hipstergirl2182 that’s EXACTLY what mine are! Both are 1/2 full.. I didn’t wanna say it, but since you did I am thinking I got ripped off! Both of mine are literally 1/2 full. I knew something wasn’t right! But from here on out, your definitely right, I’m going to buy directly from the site! What I don’t understand is they just came out so how does she have so many & they are 1/2 full.. she can’t be using them all so what is going on I wonder! I’m so confused!

And if your reselling a product that you purchased from her that is “Used” or not 1/2 full, your reselling as new & for higher so it’s the same thing! Idk, I appreciate you letting me know!From now on I’m just gonna wait until the product I want restocks & just buy straight from the sites! Less bs to deal with!

Your lip treatments were entirely untouched and brand new, and I feel as though I treated you with a lot of respect and kindness throughout the whole transaction, so I am disappointed by this kind of behavior.

Her excuse is she “is trying to make back her money”, I called her out on it & now “I have issues” but she is making countless accounts worrying about you & I! She is absolutely insane!
